Subject: Spoken Typology

Description: This listserv is for researchers in (general) linguistics who are interested in how taking data from non-written modes seriously can advance our general understanding of language. Researchers may be interested in phenomena in single languages or in cross-linguistic comparison; we are, however, united in our wish to centre spoken and signed data in linguistic theorising.

You are encouraged to use this listserv actively! Consider using it as a way of communicating with others about issues you are having with your analysis or to share events or calls which may be of wider interest.
