[Seismic Handler] Mailing lists moved to DFN

Dear all,

I moved all Seismic Handler mailing lists to the DFN service (Deutsches 
Forschungsnetz, German National Research and Education Network).

Since the list's traffic is very small, all previous lists (sh-users, 
sh-devel, sh-announce) had been merged into one:

sh AT listserv.dfn.de

You can manage all subscriptions and personal setting at 
https://www.listserv.dfn.de/sympa/info/sh - if you're not a DFN listserv 
user already, you need to create an account first.
